Existing Hilton portfolio: benchtops & materials

01 / PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE

Start with construction as well as colour.

Ask for the cabinet board, thicknesses, edge treatment and construction details to be identified in the quotation. Two kitchens that look similar in photos may have different specifications. Product suitability and available materials need to be confirmed for your project.

02 / PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE

Compare door finishes on the same basis.

Options to ask about include melamine finishes, selected thermoformed profiles and painted finishes. Compare the actual product, colour range, profile, edge detail, cleaning instructions and any heat or moisture limitations. This planning list is not a promise that every product is supplied; confirm the selected range with the team.

03 / PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE

Benchtops: look at the whole installation.

When comparing laminate and selected stone-look, porcelain or sintered-surface options, ask about product suitability, care, joins, edge details, cut-outs and fabrication requirements. Availability and pricing depend on the exact product and project. A surface name on its own is not a complete specification.

04 / PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE

Hardware changes everyday use.

Consider the drawers and hinges you use most, the reach into pantry storage and any internal accessories. Ask which products are included, whether soft-close features are specified and what warranty and care information applies. A practical internal arrangement can be as important as the visible finish.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you get started.

Which material is best?

There is no single answer for every kitchen. Compare the actual product against your use, maintenance preferences, installation conditions and budget.

Are all the products mentioned available from Hilton?

The page provides questions to guide your discussion. Confirm specific brands, products, supply and installation arrangements before agreeing the quotation.

Can I compare two specifications?

Ask for the differences to be itemised: cabinet construction, doors, surfaces, hardware, installation and exclusions. Compare like for like.
